The Lake Villa District Library purchased a mobile unit about a year ago for employees in the Adult Services to use for displays. Here’s the link to the catalog page:
What we liked about it is that it is mobile, and we’ve been able to position it in different locations throughout the library. We found that the best spot by far is next to the self-check stations, where circulation from this display is better than from any other display in the library. It’s the library equivalent of the “point of purchase” in retail. Thanks Suzanne Neumann for this great info.
