We held one of our job fairs on this date and brought in 300 people for Snapshot Day. The year before, we not only didn’t have any programming but the weather was kind of yucky; it was nice to have more folks – and more comments.
In re: testimonials: although we didn’t have that many people come through the Library on last year’s Snapshot Day, we did have some folks leave some very nice additional comments on the backs of their survey forms, talking about the excellent customer service at our Library and other nice things. We put the comments on some slides which we added to the rotation on our LCD screen behind the Circulation Desk.
